Of course, you have a problem in life, we all do at one point or another.
Step 1: Get coffee in my system.
Step 2: Acknowledge that what you are facing is a problem. Do not mince words with what you need to confront.
Step 3: Now that you have acknowledged that you are facing a problem, determine if you can do anything about it.
Step 4: If you can do something about it, don't worry about it and attack that mother f#$King problem till it's no longer a problem.
Step 5: If you can't do something about it, then why the hell am are you worrying about it. (This is often where worries from your past or thoughts of the future try to mess with your head.)
I know, I know this is very basic stuff but my lord almighty, how many of over complicate the problems we face. If you are a Police Officer, Sheriff, First Responder, or Firefighters you damn well know you already have a lot on your plate.
Don't mess around with attacking the problems you can solve and stop giving damn about the crap you cannot change.
